You will also meet regularly with students who have identified (or suspected) SEN to support them in their learning through the development of individual action plans and also liaise with the SENCo in the Junior School to support the transition of students from the Junior School to the Senior School.

Experience of delivering the SEN provision in a school is essential as is an understanding of statutory frameworks which apply to SEN. Experience of leading SEN Coordination is highly desirable but not essential.
