We are looking to appoint a highly effective SENDCO, a passionate and inspirational teacher to join the EOTAS team. Ideally you will already be an experienced leader. EOTAS strongly promotes continued professional development. Any candidate that is on their journey to becoming an excellent leader and can demonstrate they have the skills and drive to work hard will be considered for the post. The successful candidate will understand the challenges facing young people and a proven track record in improving progress and attainment.

EOTAS is made up of two Colleges, with several unique provisions across Swindon. Each of the Colleges has a differing client group, but all with a common goal – supporting young people and their families through challenging circumstances in order for them to achieve and move on to positive destinations.

The leadership team recognise that working within alternative provision is rewarding, but also challenging. We support staff with an excellent training plan and collaboration between Colleges. This is complimented by a commitment to staff supervision, to support each other and our wellbeing.
This appointment will be to the EOTAS organisation and you will be working across all of the EOTAS provisions.
