Northampton International Academy are looking for an experienced Administrator to support the schools SEND by providing confidential administrative support. Owing to the nature of the role, an ability to relate to the academy’s students and their parents/carers in a positive and proactive way is crucial.

To be successful in this rewarding role, you will need to be well organised, have the ability to prioritise work and ensure that strict deadlines are met. The ability to work on your own initiative and work within existing teams is essential. Candidates should have excellent administrative and communication skills and would be responsible for liaising with the LEA and parents completing administration for all new SEN students and producing, collating and distributing review reports alongside other administrative duties. A high level of confidentiality would be expected at all times

Northampton International Academy is part of the East Midlands Academy Trust, it is an all through school, 4–19, and opened in September 2016. In July 2019, the academy achieved an Ofsted rating of Good. 

It is a fantastic time to join NIA as it has its first Year 11 and 13 intakes, as well as further groups in the primary phase and by September 2021 the school will have over 2000 pupils. This will make NIA one of the largest free schools in the country.
