We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Assistant to join our large SEN team and work with our amazing children in an inclusive, innovative and exciting environment.

At Marine Academy we are determined to help children succeed irrespective of background. We are looking for a passionate SEND Assistant to work as part of a large SEN team, providing support for students with a variety of special educational needs. Over the last two years the school has grown in size and the quality of education that the students receive is now world class.

The role will require flexibility of approach and you will be working within our on-site Wellbeing Zone as well as in-class. You will be working with students who may require 1-2-1 attention and your ability to build relationships, exhibit patience and remain calm and reassuring at all times will be essential.

This is a position working 8.15am-4.00pm on Mondays and 8.15-15.15 Tues-Fri for 39 weeks per year (term time only).
