SEND Leader (TLR 2B)

Start date: Easter 2019

It’s an exciting time for Manorfield.  We are an ambitious and forward-thinking school, looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join our team. 

You will be an innovative and passionate individual who can drive standards in our diverse and vibrant school.

With responsibility for SEND across the whole school, you will oversee SEND provision through an engaging and creative curriculum to improve outcomes for all our children. You will work in partnership with enthusiastic children and supportive parents, staff governors and the wider community.

A proven track record of excellent practice and leadership will demonstrate your commitment to high standards and improving achievement for all. Working within a coaching environment, your excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and inspire means you will get the best from our effective, creative and dedicated staff team.
