Salary: Scale 2;
Working Weeks: Term Time only (38 weeks) + 5 INSET Days (39 weeks in total);
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday; 8.40am – 3.20pm; 40 mins for lunch (unpaid), & 40 minute weekly meeting (30 hours and 40 minutes per week).

We are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join our experienced team here at Hermitage.

This post is suitable for someone with a keen interest in providing a range of support in and out of the classroom. It will involve supporting a child on a 1:1 and small groups as required.  Our school staff are highly committed to inclusion and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a range of professionals and staff.

For this post, you will need to demonstrate a passion for inclusion, be flexible in your approach and have a willingness to develop your practice to better support children in their learning. 

Visits would normally be encouraged, but are suspended in the current climate.
