Salary £22,317 rising to a maximum of £24,392 (for 40hpw)
37 to 40 hours per week available; 52 weeks per annum
09:00 – 18:00 (ideally) with one-hour unpaid lunch
Job Share considered (core-hours must be covered 09:00 to 13:00 & 14:00 to 18:00)
This is an exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced administrator who is motivated by delivering the highest levels of customer service, within our large, friendly team of Estates & Operations professionals. During term-time we operate 10 bus routes over a 30-mile radius on a daily basis, along with a brand-new option of ‘Late-Bus’ services on 3 popular routes. You will be responsible for ensuring this provision runs smoothly, and our parents / pupils have the flexibility to move from afternoon pickup to evening pickup – if their circumstances change.
The successful candidate will use their supervisory experience to develop and lead their team to achieve their goals, ensuring that all our customers receive first-class service. Using Microsoft Office and computerised systems / software packages s/he will able to robustly analyse data and monitor service provision. This is ideally suited to someone with excellent oral and written communication skills to present information to a wide range of both internal and external customers and who enjoys working in a busy and professional team, where attention to detail and organisational skills are key to success.
