An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced leader with either an academic or pastoral background to join our school. This vacancy will suit an effective, dynamic and inspirational leader who will ensure all pupils have consistently positive attitudes to their education and are highly motivated and resilient.

The post holder will provide ambitious, strategic direction through the attainment and pastoral systems, leading on creating an ethos of high expectations, exceptional attitudes to learning and exemplary conduct across all year groups.

You will be joining a successful and well-established school and are warmly welcomed to visit Westborough to see what a great place it is to work and to discuss the role in more detail. 

The Ofsted inspection in 2017 designated the school as good, recognising that the ‘pace of improvement is rapid.’ Ofsted also commented on the ‘real community culture in the school.’  The school has a reputation for good educational standards, firm discipline and a caring ethos which focuses on the development of individuals.
