Working and deputising for the Facilities Manager, the Senior Building Technician will be ‘trade’ qualified (Plumber, Electrician, Builder or Joiner). The Senior Building Technician will be responsible for ensuring that the Academy buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest possible standards by carrying out appropriate reactive repairs and planned maintenance.
