Senior Educational Teaching Assistant (Nursery Support)

To commence January 2019 and is on a fixed term basis until August 2019 due to a pending service review. It has the possibility of being extended. Initial working hours are expected to be school days from 8:45 am until 12:15 pm.

You will be a member of a mutli-disciplinary team, under the leadership of the Teacher and Headteacher and under the agreed education plan you will work with the Children in the Class/Unit/Nursery.

You will also contribute to the holistic development of the children in their care through the provision of a quality Early Years curriculum.

It is essential that you;

• Hold NNEB Certificate/BTEC National Diploma or equivalent.
• Have previous childcare experience within a Nursery setting.
• Have an understanding of child development and aspects of childcare, early education and play work.
