St Paul’s Girls’ School is seeking an experience Senior HR Advisor to join the Human Resources Department. The post holder will be the lead on managing discipline, absence management and capability cases and will have a strong background in employee relations. They will deputise for the HR Operations Manager when they are on leave and manage the HR Advisor so will have strong management skills and be able to manage a varied workload and be confident to work on their own initiative.


The successful candidate be an organised and efficient administrator with excellent communication skills and the ability to bring a positive and professional approach to interactions with a wide range of internal and external contacts. Accuracy and an eye for detail are vital, alongside organisational and time management skills, to ensure deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will display initiative and adaptability, with a ‘can-do’ attitude, and maintain appropriate confidentiality.
