We are looking for a Senior  HR Business Partner to work with senior managers and Heads of Department to lead on areas such as Employee Relations, Attendance Management and Wellbeing issues. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely advice and guidance on the following:  Discipline, Grievance, Capability, Sickness Management, OH provision, Wellbeing strategy, Change Programmes, Pay and Benefits, Terms and Conditions, TUPE, Contracts of Employment, Consultative Arrangements and Staff Engagement. You will also be involved with the management of day to day operational issues, and supporting the Head of HR with process improvement and policy development.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and have extensive experience of organisational and people capability building, longer term resource and talent management planning, advising on the people implications of organisation change and making recommendations to embed best practice. We are looking for a self-starter who works well within a busy environment and has experience of successfully dealing with complex employee relations cases, utilising their excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
