Senior ICT Support Technician (MAT)

H8 point 23 to 26 (£27,741 - £30,451 plus Fringe Allowance of £898 per annum)

Full Time – 24 days holiday rising to 26 days after 5 years, plus bank holidays

Required as soon as possible We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Senior ICT Support Technician, reporting directly to the Director of Corporate ICT and Infrastructure. The position will primarily be based at Goffs Academy but the postholder will be expected to work across all of the MAT’s schools, as required.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

A proven track record for Third, Second and First Line support

A proven ICT record in delivering support over multiple complex networks and systems

The ability to think on their feet and adapt to the changing demands of the organisation

High degree of self-motivation, with the ability to adapt to different technical environments within the MAT
