The Governors of this highly successful and over-subscribed mixed 11-18 Specialist Science College are seeking to appoint an energetic, creative and forward-thinking Senior ICT Technician.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, general desktop applications, management experience and an in-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2008 & 2012 R2 and associated networking services including Active Directory, Domain Name Service, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol is required. 

Additionally a good understanding of network infrastructure and hardware including WLANS is essential. 

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. All staff will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.  A respect for the Catholic ethos of the school is essential.
