We are seeking to appoint an accomplished Senior IT Technician, to provide 2nd/3rd line technical support to all users and resolve technical calls escalated from IT Technicians. The successful candidate will implement, support, maintain and manage IT services, including networking, IT security, email and disaster recovery. Advanced technical support will be provided for desktop, server and networking issues.
At least 2 years’ experience of working as an IT Technician or similar in a service desk support function is required, ideally in a significantly sized educational establishment supporting over 500 users including staff and pupils. An understanding of Google G Suite applications and Office 365 applications is essential.
