Job overview

The Elmgreen School is looking to appoint a Senior School Technician who is interested in and knowledgeable of Science across the disciplines. You will support the effective and efficient teaching and learning in Science and develop the School Technician Team through the line management and development of technicians in other practical subjects.

We are looking for outstanding practitioners who are able to drive forward a culture of participation, enthusiasm and achievement. About The Elmgreen School

The Elmgreen School is a unique 11-18 secondary school. It is a non denominational mixed school which opened to its first cohort of year 7 students in September 2007.   The secondary Hearing Impaired Unit is co-located within the school. We will reach our full complement of 1100 students in 2014 which will include a 200 place sixth form. The school moved to its inspirational new building in September 2009.

The school is non selective and provides a creative and innovative curriculum, encouraging the highest standards of teaching and learning within an ethos of mutual respect, harmony and achievement.
