Exmouth Community College is seeking a Senior Teaching Assistant to support identified students to raise motivation, confidence, focus, and attainment.
The Learning Support team consists of 26 Teaching Assistants (TAs), supporting students across the Curriculum. The team is managed by the Assistant SENDCo, with groups of 3-4 being managed on a day-to-day basis by Senior TAs. Students are supported for various reasons including underachievement, lack of motivation and engagement and disruptive behaviour. The aim is to provide support for students and improve the environment within the classes in general.
