We are looking to appoint a Site Assistant to work as part of our Estates Team and provide support with the maintenance of the college buildings, grounds and security of the site. 

The successful candidate must have previous experience and relevant skills to carry out general maintenance work and the ability to cope with the physical requirements of the role. 

You should be highly reliable, have a customer focused and flexible approach to work and be able to work effectively individually or as part of a team.

The Site Assistants work as part of a team on a rota basis, covering early, days, late and flexi shift patterns. The shift patterns are as follows:

Early - 7.00am-3.00pm

Days - 8.30am-4.30pm

Flexi - 9.30am-5.30pm

Late - 12.00pm-8.00pm
