We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Site Lettings Supervisor, for an immediate start, to supervise our School Lettings Programme and assist with the maintenance, security, and facilities services across the Academy.

This is a brand new post to support our Evening and Weekend Lettings programme and expand our Premises Team. We are looking for the right person to develop this area. You may have experience in the Leisure industry or have previously worked in a school environment but most importantly enjoy working with people.

The role is to provide high quality service to individuals/organisations hiring the school facilities, and to ensure the site facilities are appropriately used and are clean and secure at the beginning and end of each hiring. You must be flexible enough to work varying shift patterns in order to support our external lettings. Typically, this will include evening and weekend hours and may include daytime hours to provide further support to our Premises Team. If you feel you can bring something special to our school, we want to hear from you now!

The role includes:

- Supervision of Lettings Programme in conjunction with the Finance Manager/School Business Manager.

- Site Security, including buildings access.

- Maintaining relationships with external customers.

- Portering and cleaning duties as required.

- Facilitation of general maintenance, gardening, decorating, and repairs.

We expect our Site Lettings Supervisor to be a hands on, can do person with great people skills and the ability to solve problems. The ideal candidate will have some experience of minor plumbing, mechanical and electrical repairs. A qualification within a recognised trade (plumbing, joinery, electrical, or mechanical maintenance) or have relevant experience in general building maintenance is desirable, but not essential.

Flexibility in hours of work will be essential in this role to ensure the efficient running of the lettings programme.

We are able to offer staff a secure, supportive environment with continuous professional development.   If you have the vision and drive for excellence and want to join a partnership where relationships for learning are fundamental to their continued success we would be delighted to hear from you. A generous holiday entitlement is offered (must be primarily used during school holiday period).

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. You will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure.
