Lanchester Community Free School

7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday (actual working times to be agreed)

Lanchester Community Free School is looking for a Site Manager who is committed to making our school as safe, attractive and welcoming as it can be.  Lanchester Community Free School is a stunning listed building that has been refurbished to provide a wonderful, unique learning and working environment.

The purpose of the role is to build on our sense of pride and create a school environment that is second-to-none.  You will have responsibility for the security of the premises and all related Health and Safety across the school, with the support of our School Business Manager. You will oversee the maintenance and cleaning of the school, providing an inspiring and exciting environment for pupils to work and learn. The role will require the sucessful candidate to directly line manage our cleaning staff and external contractors.
