Hours: 37 hours per week all year round 

Location: Margate, Kent 

Salary: £24,472 - £32,078 (dependent on experience)   

We are looking for a Site Manager to be responsible for the management and operation of site related functions and Health and Safety at the Academy and any other associated sites to ensure they are a safe environment for students, staff and visitors.  

The successful candidate will lead the Site Team and take a lead role working with building contractors.  They will also liaise with the Headteacher regarding the strategic planning for buildings maintenance and capital projects.   

We are seeking an individual who has: 

• Previous relevant experience including supervisory experience and budget monitoring 

• The ability to organise others and their own workload in order to achieve the job

• Knowledge and expertise in maintenance, building and repair 

• The understanding and ability to apply Health and Safety Procedures relevant to the job e.g. manual handling, COSHH
