Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a Site Manager who will manage, to the highest standard, all aspects of the MTS site to include site development and any future building schemes.
The successful candidate will work as part of the site team, delivering a customer focused facilities service and monitoring adherence to health and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar position within a facilities team. Knowledge of facilities systems is essential including COSHH, Health and Safety and security procedures.
The hours of duty will be worked between 6.00am and 6.45pm. Flexibility to work differing hours to cover absences and school events and occasional weekend working will also be required.
