Site Superintendent

C1 £22,183-£24,491 per annum

Horsforth School is seeking to appoint a hard-working, energetic and reliable Site Superintendent.  The role will include taking responsibility for maintenance and security of the school site and associated facilities under an agreed system of supervision, managing and overseeing external contractors working on site, driving the school minibus, tending to jobs around the building, sports pitches and external grounds.

The successful candidate will be required to be flexible with a ‘can-do’ approach and possess proven maintenance skills.  A knowledge of plumbing is desirable, and the ability to deal with issues using own initiative whilst also working well as part of the site team is essential.  The role will involve weekend work (for which overtime is payable), early starts and late finishes and a rota basis.
