Site Technician

All Saints’ is located in Mansfield – Nottinghamshire’s largest market town and just 12 miles to the North of Nottingham.  We are one of the highest achieving schools in Nottinghamshire with a vision to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for students to achieve and develop free from discrimination.

We are seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and committed Site Technician to join our friendly and dedicated team.

Reporting to the Responsible Property Officer, your duties will include:

• Site security

• Site maintenance including painting, fixing and simple DIY tasks

• Portage duties

• Record keeping

• Legionella testing

• Fire risk and safety management

• Health and safety management

• Supervise contract work as directed

• Being available to attend and manage evening lettings as needed

• Cleaning as needed

Experience in an estates and facilities management or caretaking role is essential.  You should also be able to use initiative and problem-solving skills, working proactively as part of a team with a flexible approach to the role, duties and hours.

Hours:  Full-time (12.15 pm – 8.15 pm Monday to Thursday, 12.45 pm – 8.15 pm Friday)
