Due to an internal promotion, we have a vacancy for a hardworking, reliable person to join our friendly and busy 6th form office providing effective administrative and clerical support to our 6th formers and members of the teaching staff. Start date, as soon as possible.
You will be an important member of the Sixth Form team ensuring excellent student attendance, punctuality, well-being and outcomes. The post holder will provide administrative support to the sixth form team under the direction of the Head of Sixth Form. This will include monitoring student attendance and punctuality, maintaining student records, assisting with 6th Form Recruitment and supervising the student study room.
You will need to have had previous office experience, possess good ICT skills with knowledge of SIMS, plus sound experience in using Windows-based database applications and MS Excel. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy building excellent working relationships at all levels, be flexible and have a can-do attitude.
