Townley Grammar School is a multicultural girls’ selective school with specialism in Performing and Visual Arts with Mathematics and Computing.

We are looking for a competent Administrator to provide high quality administrative support with specific responsibility for Sixth Form attendance and punctuality and general administration as required.
The role will cover the following areas:
· Attendance and punctuality of Sixth Form Students
· Management of data on Arbor
· UCAS Administration support
· Communication with parents/carers
· Producing parental letters and arrangement of meetings
· Managing the calendar to have oversight of Sixth Form events to assist in planning
· General administrative support to the Sixth Form Team
· Respond to queries and deal effectively with Sixth Form staff and students
· Attendance at School when A-level results are released and Enrolment Days
You will be supporting the Assistant Head I/C KS5 and Sixth Form Team whilst ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for students, parents and visitors.
The successful candidate should be flexible, able to prioritise their workload, offer silent study room/classroom cover and a good knowledge of ICT.
