36 hours per week Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:45pm, Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
Term Time plus 2 weeks
Salary Point: 14 - 21 - £18,657 - £21,984 pro rata depending on experience
Due to the relocation of a long serving member of staff, we are looking to appoint a Sixth Form Administrator to provide administrative support for Sixth Form. You will be efficient and effective with the ability to provide administration support to assist the Sixth Form Team to maintain and build an environment that continually enhances student progress and the development of learning.
You should be:
- Able to demonstrate a high level of competence using the internet, Word, Outlook, Excel and willing to attend appropriate training and development.
- Able to demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills.
- An effective communicator able to develop and nurture relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- A good team player, enthusiastic, resourceful, have an industrious and flexible attitude as well as able to work unsocial hours as and when required.
If shortlisted, candidates will be required to undertake an in tray activity. Candidates successful in this will be brought forward to interview.
