Due to the expansion of our school, we are looking to appoint an exceptional professional who will join a highly successful, enthusiastic and talented team and work with us to inspire our students. The role will involve teaching A Level Government and Politics.
Debden Park High School is a heavily oversubscribed Outstanding Academy that constantly achieves outstanding outcomes for its students. Our Progress 8 score at GCSE was +0.44, making us the 7th most successful school for progress in Essex (based on P8). Our first cohort of 6th Formers last year achieved 100% pass rate.
We have a creative and passionate team who are well resourced and dedicated to developing the full potential of our students. The successful candidate will be someone who knows how to inspire students to the challenges of Government and Politics, someone who is prepared to go ‘beyond outstanding’.
We lead a family of schools as part of the Kemnal Academies Trust and as a national teaching school we provide exceptional career progression and bespoke CPD experiences for our staff.
