SLCN Lead Teacher

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated SLCN Lead Teacher within our Speech Language and Communication Needs Centre (SLCN), who is willing to 'Bring out the Best’ in our students.  Our outstanding staff and wonderful students make us a great place to work. Meadhurst Primary School is a three form entry primary school and also provides access and support for pupils with a full range of Special Educational Needs that one would expect to find in an inclusive mainstream primary school, with a designated Speech, Language and Communication Centre which caters for up 20 pupils.       

We welcome applications from both well qualified teachers and those who are at the beginning of their career. We offer an excellent NQT programme along with an ‘NQT Welcome Bonus’. We are also part of the DfE’s ‘Return to Teaching’ programme for more experienced teachers looking to return to the classroom. We are looking for staff to join our team who are passionate about improving students’ life chances and capable of contributing to a highly effective and supportive Science teaching team and our extensive enrichment programme.
