An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Safeguarding, SEMH and Wellbeing Department. Working with the Director of Safeguarding, SEMH, Wellbeing and the Learning Zone, this role will support the learning, progress and care of students to help them achieve their personal best. This role will lead on the provision of a high quality SEMH support service, planning and delivering SEMH interventions, evaluating the impact and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Love encouraging, motivating and inspiring children through the support they give in order to encourage their learning
  • Be committed to our ethos that all pupils can achieve at Royds Hall
  • Have great references demonstrating they are a suitable candidate, safe to work with children.
