Job overview

We are looking to recruit a teacher of Spanish to KS4/French to at least KS3.   Our successful candidate will be:

Icknield Community College is a co-educational comprehensive school in Watlington, Oxfordshire. It educates around 750 students aged 11 to 16. It is a founding member of the Acer Academy Trust, formed along with a number of local primary and secondary schools.

Ofsted report

In March 2019, Ofsted graded the school as ‘Good’ once again. The HMI Lead Inspector confirmed ‘The leadership team has maintained the good quality of education in the school since the last inspection.’ The report also described the Headteacher as ‘…an outward-looking, dynamic and thoughtful leader’ who has ‘instigated a number of far-reaching and successful changes over the last few years.’ We believe that our Ofsted report describes the school accurately and are pleased with the comments in it.
