We are part of the Batley Multi Academy Trust, whose sole purpose is to provide an outstanding education through our family of schools. Batley Multi Academy Trust currently comprises Batley Girls’ High School, Upper Batley High School, Batley Grammar School, Healey Junior, Infant and Nursery School and Field Lane Junior, Infant and Nursery School.

We are seeking to recruit a talented individual to join our team of staff to work 1:1 with a pupils. The post is to commence as soon as possible  and is temporary in the first instance until 19 July 2022. The role is working 24 hours over 5 days Monday - Fridays and the working hours are: 

Monday - Thursday 8.40am - 2.30pm (1 hour lunch) 

Fridays 8.40am - 2.20pm (1 hour lunch) 

Experience of working with children with autism and pre verbal communication skills would be an advantage. The successful applicants must be hard working, organised and, above all, have experience of working with children with SEN. The successful applicant must be able to work as part of a team to support the learning and welfare of pupils in school.  Particular emphasis will be on working with individual pupils and small groups.
