Star of the Sea Primary School is seeking a Specialist Music Teacher. This is a part-time, fixed term teaching position for 12 hours per week commencing January 2020. Qualified teachers who have previous experience teaching music in primary school are encouraged to apply. The music teacher works as a specialist teacher for students from Prep - Year 6.
Star of the Sea Catholic Primary School opened in 2009 and is located in a unique setting beside Moreton Bay, overlooking Stradbroke Island. Our school has an approximate enrolment of 200 students from Prep – Year 6. To be successful in this role you will:
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;
- hold current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers; and
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
