Job overview
We require from the 1st September 2018, a committed and enthusiastic Specialist Teaching Assistant to join this Outstanding (OfSTED April 2011), lively and successful 11-18 Secondary School.
The successful applicant will be required to support students in Maths lessons and will work collaboratively with teaching staff and other staff and other support staff during lessons for 10 hours per week.
A desire to make a positive contribution to the life of the school and an enjoyment of working with children are essential. A good level of education is required, with Numeracry and Literacy skills to GCSE or equivalent (A* - C). Any further qualification in Maths would be an advantage.

If you are looking to explore, Malpas is a great base for sightseeing with Cheshire, Shropshire and North Wales just a stone’s throw away. Practically on your doorstep is the famous city of Chester, you can reach the city in 30 minutes and explore all the historic sites.
