Job overview

We are seeking a speech and language therapist to work with pupils with communication and social interaction difficulties. Stepping stones is an independent special school with up to 95 children aged 7–18 years who have anxiety based disorders, high functioning autism, and specific learning difficulties.

You will work as part of a small, multidisciplinary team.

The successful applicant will an interest in working in special education and be responsible for carrying out assessments, planning, delivering and monitoring treatment programmes in liaison with the senior SaLT and therapy lead.

Stepping Stones is a small, friendly school with opportunity for joint working with other professionals.
