Speech and Language Therapy Assistant

We are looking to appoint a Speech & Language Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated team!

Working hours: 36 hours per week, term time only plus 5 training days
Salary information: LSA3 Scale 5; £21,972 - £23,180 per annum + Special Schools Allowance; £1,157 (Dependent upon qualification and experience)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and dedicated speech and language therapy team at Pentland Field School. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, flexible and are willing to fully participate in the life of a special school. A drive and determination to your own professional growth, including the learning of new skills is essential. We are looking for individuals who share the vision that every pupil should reach their communication potential.

The ideal applicant will already be a successful classroom LSA / SaLT TA, supporting pupils with their individual communication strategies, in and outside the classroom. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential to the role.
