Do you currently work in the hospitality sector?  Are you look for an opportunity to support the future staff of the Catering industry?  Have you always wanted to work in a training environment?  If so, we would love to hear from you!

We are seeking to appoint an individual to work at our dedicated Spires Coffee Shop based at our Haven House site in Truro city centre. The successful candidate’s prime responsibility will be to manage and coordinate a busy coffee bar including line management responsibility for an apprentice as well as supervising students.  

You will be committed to achieving either a Hospitality & Catering qualification or a Team Leading/Management qualification.   

Applicants should have a good understanding of hospitality and catering, a level 3 qualification in Food & Beverage Supervision or equivalent as well as some industrial experience and the energy and enthusiasm to encourage our Catering students to achieve.  

The successful candidate will be joining a vibrant and successful Catering team.   

Excellent organisational and administration skills are essential.
