Sports Centre Assistant

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and outgoing team member with a passion for health, fitness and wellbeing to join our existing team at Bryanston Sports Centre. Our superb facilities have been recently redeveloped to now include a new Technogym equipped gym, high-performance gym, indoor sprint track, 25m pool, bouldering wall and fitness studios.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant industry-recognised fitness qualification or swim teacher award and possess additional coaching skills (in either sports, swimming, group exercise or wellness), utilising these skills to support our aim to educate and inspire our pupils and customers to the highest standard.

A lifeguarding qualification (NPLQ) would be advantageous and you will ideally have previous experience of delivering classes and fitness-related services.

The ideal candidate will support the general operations of the sports centre, work well in a team setting, be a strong communicator, demonstrate enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a conscientious work ethic.
