Are you ready for a Sports Coach role in a highly regarded primary school?

Required from September 2019, a suitably experienced and qualified Sports Coach.

Bushmead Primary School is looking to appoint a qualified Sports Coach who is able to deliver planned PE lessons across the whole school, support in lessons led by PE teachers and contribute to the school’s extra curricular sporting programme. You may also be required to accompany school teams both during the school day and after school.

Candidates should hold a recognised Sports Coaching qualification to at least Level 1 and have experience of working with young people, preferably within the 4 to 11 age range. The post is available from September 2019 for 35 hours per week term time, working flexibly to meet the needs of the school and the requirements of the post. You will also be required to work 5 Inset days.

You will join a team of PE staff that includes 2 teachers and PE apprentice. The school has been recognised for its work in PE by being awarded the Platinum Kite Mark.
