Sports Coaches and Dance Teachers urgently needed to work as a cover supervisors within their local secondary schools on a daily basis.
There will be no planning or marking involved or expected from you and you can work when YOU want to work. That could be five days one week and two days the following week.
Secondary schools across Staffordshire are in high demand for cover supervisors everyday.
We are looking for candidates who have experience of working with and managing big groups of children and young people. This experience would ideally be in a school setting and will have been for 25 days or more.
What do qualifications do i need to work as cover supervisor?
You don't need any form of qualification to be able to work as a cover supervisor but, we do require the following.
- 25 days or more experience of working with groups of children which can be referenced.
- Excellent behavior management.
- Confidence in delivering pre-planned lessons/PE sessions.
- Prepared and organised.
If I am not a Sports Coach or a Dance Teacher can i still apply?
As long as you have referable experience of working with groups of children. You can apply to become a cover supervisor.
