Sports Graduate

Leicester Grammar School Trust is a family of three independent co-educational day schools based in Great Glen, South Leicestershire on a purpose built green field site.

We are looking for up to three graduates to assist within the PE department of the Leicester Grammar School Trust for the fixed period September 2021 to July 2022. These posts will provide an ideal training and development opportunity for a graduate looking to progress into a sports or education related role. The successful candidates will have a degree-level qualification in a relevant subject, coaching experience and an interest in working within a school environment.

The Sports Graduate at Leicester Grammar School (LGS) will generally be working with pupils aged 11-18, the position at Leicester Grammar Junior School (LGJS) will be working with pupils aged 3-11 and the Sports Graduate position at Stoneygate School (SS) will be working with pupils aged 4-16. The roles will include assisting in the teaching of core PE and in the school’s major games of rugby, hockey, netball and cricket and will play a full part in the life of the PE and Games Department across the Trust.
