Winchester College seeks to appoint an ambitious Sports Graduate for the academic year 2019/2020. This role represents an outstanding opportunity for an individual who wants to gain experience before following a career in teaching or sports coaching.

The successful candidate will support the Head of Sport/Assistant HoS in all aspects of the delivery of the sports programme, including the off-season development and pre-season training.

A Level 2 Coaching Qualification in cricket or football along with experience of coaching and playing at a high level.is essential. Other sports related qualifications and interests including strength and conditioning would be an advantage.

Situated in Hampshire, Winchester College is an independent, secondary school for pupils aged between 13 and 18. The school was founded in 1382 by the Bishop of Winchester, William of Wykeham. It was expanded in the 19th Century to accommodate the popular demand in the local society. At the moment, there are over 700 pupils enrolled at the boarding school.
