Reports to:   Assistant Head (Co-Curricular)

Hours:     30 hours of directed time in the Boarding House, including 8 hours on either Saturday or Sunday, and prep supervision as required. 10 hours of directed time in the curriculum Periods 1-6.  4 hours of Period 7 activities per week.  Saturday morning activities until 12.00pm.

 Salary:    £15,000 + accommodation + meals

We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate with a sport specialism to live and work in a Boarding House in one of the leading state schools in the country.  They will be required to play a full part in the life of the House.

This post will ideally suit a graduate with a good Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree, who seeks experience in an educational environment, and who may wish to pursue a career in education or embark in further academic research. Opportunities for academic research or future teacher-training exist with our partner-schools in the Salesian Teaching School Alliance.
