Job overview

We are looking to appoint an ICT Technician to join our friendly and professional ICT team.

Our ideal candidate will:

• have a strong ICT technical background, with experience of server and network infrastructure

• have experience in providing ICT support within the education sector;

• have experience in ICT service delivery;

• be able to deliver a range of first line support and onsite activities of varying complexity;

• be able to provide clear advice on support issues;

• work effectively as a team player;

• be willing to travel between STEP academies.
