About the Role
St Clare's is currently seeking a professional Student and Staff Records Officer to join our inclusive and dynamic team. The position will focus on the input, extraction and communication of data relating to student personal, academic and family records, and staff information.
Essential Criteria
- Knowledge and experience in maintaining and utilising databases;
- Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, use initiative and operate within a team environment;
- Strong experience with office computing applications, particularly Excel;
- Sound written and oral communication skills;
- First Aid Certificate or the willingness to obtain one;
- Support the aims of Catholic Education.
Desirable
- Database and/or administration experience in an education setting.
