Student Services Manager

Student Services Manager - 36 hours per week, term time only.

Scale LBR8 Point 32-34 – pro rata of £30,930 - £32,638 fte per annum
Required from September 2018

 We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to lead, manage, oversee and coordinate our new Student Services Hub to ensure the students and staff receive a high quality and efficient service from all Specialist Pastoral Assistants. The successful candidate will role model the highest standards of team skills to ensure the effective delivery of the highest quality pastoral support for all stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Excellent IT skills and is competent using a range Microsoft packages. Knowledge of G-Suite would also be beneficial
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of using SIMS
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Preferably experienced in working in a school environment
• Educated to GCSE level with Maths and English
