The role of Student Support Officer is an important one and is part of the Inclusion team. The information pack outlines the wide range of duties and tasks involved in this role. It is an important role in the school and carries with it a significant amount of responsibility. The key skills of a Student Support Officer are to be a positive role model, have good organisational skills and use time effectively, being able to build positive relationship in sometimes challenging circumstances and being able to demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm in what is sometimes a physically demanding role.
