Student Support Worker - Key Stage 4
Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum (Term time only)
Salary: Grade F (NJC points 6-7)
Actual Salary: £16,867 - £17,204

We have an exciting opportunity to work with the Key Stage 4 Team to make a significant difference in supporting our KS4 students in meeting high expectations, raising attainment and ensuring student wellbeing. We are looking for a dedicated member of the team who will promote and uphold the values and ethos of the school and to act as a role model for our students.
You will develop a culture for learning by having a relentless focus on the behaviour needed to achieve this and encourage ambition and self-esteem. You will have a high-profile during lessons and the school as a whole to ensure good punctuality to lessons and to promote a calm and productive environment.
