Subject Leader for Physical Education
Thank you for expressing an interest in the post of Subject Leader at Lavington School. This is a full time permanent post from September 2018, or earlier if feasible. This is a high achieving school that is imaginative and creative in its approach to teaching and learning and is keen to look for continued and sustained improvement. We are fully committed to providing high quality education for children whatever their age. We are at an exciting phase in our development where we are forming the Sarsen multi academy trust with local rural primary schools to provide an all through education system.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and committed department leader to lead our highly motivated and successful Physical Education team. He / she should also be an outstanding classroom teacher who will complement our professional, forward-looking and committed staff. He/she will be responsible for academic and behavioural standards across the department. The successful candidate will demonstrate their desire, enthusiasm and outstanding leadership, giving specific examples of this in their current role.
