We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, creative, and forward-looking Subject Leader for Geography. The post would be suitable for an experienced teacher who would like to develop their leadership skills and expertise in a well-resourced Humanities Faculty.

This is an excellent career opportunity for a colleague who is an outstanding classroom teacher, with a track record of achieving strong academic results and a compelling vision for the leadership of innovative teaching and learning. You will be leading on curriculum design and implementation within a dedicated and supportive team to ensure the highest standard of learning for our students. You will also be coaching staff on pedagogical development as part of the school’s commitment to staff development.

 We are looking for an individual who:

o Has a calm, professional and approachable manner to support the raising of attainment of all students in Geography 

o Will help dynamically lead an enthusiastic, diligent and caring team 

o Is proactive and has exceptional classroom skills
